If you have a complaint about UNC-Chapel Hill distance education programs, contact the appropriate authority in your state of residence listed below. You may also file a complaint with UNC-Chapel Hill’s regional accrediting agency, SACSCOC. Complete the Commission’s Complaint Form (PDF) and send two print copies to: President,Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges, 1866 Southern Lane Decatur, GA 30033-4097.
AACSB International is concerned with sustained quality and continual improvement of collegiate education for business administration and accounting. AACSB International will receive and review complaints filed by third parties (e.g., students, faculty members) who claim conduct by the member school contrary to AACSB International accreditation standards.
This list includes contact information for all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico and should not be construed as informative of what agencies regulate the institution or in what states the institution is licensed or required to be licensed. States, through the relevant agencies or Attorneys General Offices will accept complaints regardless of whether an institution is required to be licensed in that state.
