Kenan-Flagler has some core values that they stress and live by — leadership, integrity and teamwork, to name a few. Throughout the program and your coursework, you constantly come back to those things. You constantly work with teams and have to manage different scenarios and relationships.

I live in New York, but I really feel connected to being a Carolina student. For me, the immersions are really important, especially the ones in Chapel Hill. While you get to know each other really well online, coming down to Chapel Hill and being with everybody really solidifies your participation in the program and makes you feel part of the community.
