LEADING IN THE MIDDLE: PEOPLE AND POLITICS

This course, Leading in the Middle 2: People and Politics, builds on what students learned in Leading in the Middle 1: Organization and Culture. It focuses on successfully navigating the people, networks and politics of a firm. To do so, the course examines organizational networks, power, influence, politics, managing diverse and global teams and provides the students skills to perform well in these areas. The course ends with a focus on assisting the student in being strategic in the work and life.
