LEADING IN THE MIDDLE: ORGANIZATION AND CULTURE

This course, Leading in the Middle 1: Organization and Culture, focuses on successfully navigating the organizational structure and culture of a firm. To do so, the course examines the fundamentals of what organizations do, organizational structures and design tradeoffs, running successful cross-functional teams, understanding, and succeeding within a company’s culture, gaining and using power to accomplish objectives and translating corporate strategy into concrete actions.
