MBA@UNC Industry Profile Series | Technology

Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. ET

This webinar will feature two current MBA@UNC students working in the technology industry. Holly McKenna and Paul Kmetz will share a brief presentation discussing why they chose an MBA, their experience in the program so far, and how they’ve been able to apply what they’ve learned to make an impact at work. Each guest will share, and then we will open the floor for Q&A which will be facilitated by an Admissions Counselor.

Holly McKenna: Holly is the Sr. Manager of North America and Europe Sales at Vistaprint Corporate Solutions (VCS), the B2B division of Vistaprint. Despite the brand's identity as a print provider, Holly's sales organization focuses on providing corporate customers with their own printing technology through Vistaprint's mass-customization platform. In her 9-year career at Vistaprint, she has had the opportunity to work internationally, build a sales organization from the ground up, and hold an active role driving strategy on VCS's leadership team.

Paul Kmetz: Paul currently works as Senior Manager of Engineering Development at T-Mobile, where he is responsible for deploying 5G infrastructure in Northern California and an annual CAPEX budget of $300MM. Previously, he was involved in pre- and post-integration activities for the MetroPCS merger and sale of T-Mobile Towers. Before working with T-Mobile, he was a bootstrap entrepreneur for 11 years and grew his company to over 100 employees with annual revenues of $5M to $10M. In the MBA@UNC program, he is a member of the Student Advisory Board and the STAR program.

If you attend this session, your $150 application fee will be waived if you decide to submit an application afterward.
