Major Justine Cromer
Justine Cromer is an officer in the US Air Force and leads special projects and programs at the Pentagon requiring her expertise in strategic communications, change management, lean business processes, and strategic planning. She also has 8 years experience in the private sector building marketing and branding campaigns for high-tech startup companies, during which time she was lead storywriter for ComputerLink Magazine and featured in Spokane Woman Magazine as one of the community’s leaders in Internet and computer innovation.
Her teaching experience began nearly 15 years ago as a consultant and keynote speaker at universities, conferences and radio talk shows discussing e-business technologies and trends. She has since taught at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as assistant professor of military studies, DeVry University as adjunct professor for strategic management, and national conferences for defense executives on change management.
She is a decorated aviator and former Senior Instructor Navigator from the first Gulf War and currently serves as vice-chairman of the board for Virginia State Science Olympiad. She is also a graduate of the executive MBA program at UNC, OneMBA class of 2007, and holds a BS degree from the University of California, Davis.
