Executive Education at Kenan-Flagler
If you plan to continue working while you earn your MBA degree, University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School offers a number of options, including its executive MBA (EMBA) programs and the online MBA@UNC.
The EMBA and MBA@UNC programs are for students who want to:
- Earn an MBA from a top-ranked school of business.
- Continue working while earning a degree.
- Travel to a leadership immersion in a select city.
- Complete their degree in two years or less.
MBA@UNC is delivered online, which offers you flexibility in terms of location and completing coursework. You can travel for business or even relocate and still participate in live, online classes from wherever you have an Internet connection. The MBA@UNC has multiple start times throughout the year, so you can begin the program when it’s most convenient for you. Course materials are available online 24/7.
Kenan-Flagler also offers three EMBA programs: Evening MBA, Weekend MBA and OneMBA. The first two have similar curricula but with different schedules, while OneMBA has a more global outlook. In general, the EMBA attracts students with considerably more work experience than the traditional MBA, with an average of ten years or more work experience for all three executive programs.
UNC Kenan-Flagler also provides non-degree executive education programs to help individuals and organizations reach their full potential. UNC Executive Development offers a portfolio of leadership development and business education programs designed to prepare business professionals at all levels with the knowledge and skills they need to think more strategically, make better decisions and lead more effectively. UNC Executive Development also partners with organizations to deliver customized solutions designed to address specific business challenges and talent development needs.
