UNC Welcomes Third Class to Online MBA Program

UNC Well

Please join us in congratulating and welcoming the third MBA@UNC class! This new, stellar group kicked off the business studies with UNC Kenan-Flagler earlier this month. The 38 students cover a wide spectrum of professional backgrounds; nearly half come from scientific or engineering backgrounds.

With an average of six years work experience, the students represent such organizations as Lockheed Martin, Intel, IBM, the U.S. Army, U.S Navy, Fidelity Investments and General Electric Capital. Many students already have  advanced degrees (including PhDs and MDs), and graduated from top universities including Yale, Harvard, University of Virginia, University of Pennsylvania, and, of course, The University of North Carolina.

UNC Kenan-Flagler created its newest distance MBA program for working professionals who want to earn their MBA from a top-ranked business school from anywhere in the world. Using an innovative technology platform, students engage in live, online class sessions with world-class faculty and their classmates—leading professionals from around the United States.
