Tara Romine
Director of Post Enrollment Services
Prior to MBA@UNC, Tara worked in corporate training where she trained, managed, and developed staff for the customer service industry. Her background includes Hooked on Phonics as a Human Resources Generalist. Tara is responsible for directing the post enrollment services (P.E.S) team for MBA@UNC, which manages students from enrollment through graduation, as well as faculty training and technology assistance. Students and faculty can call the P.E.S team for any need they have while enrolled, including operational, technical and customer support. In addition, the team interacts directly with partnering department leaders and internal cross-functional teams.
