Cheri Varnadoe
Director, Corporate Relations
Cheri Varnadoe joined the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School team in September, 2011 as Director of Corporate Relations for MBA@UNC. She works to develop strategic corporate relationships, in the U.S. and Brazil, to identify quality candidates for MBA@UNC. Working with talent development leaders, Cheri helps organizations optimize resources at UNC to meet their HR needs.
Before joining MBA@UNC, Cheri worked at Duke University where she was Director of Corporate Relations for the Fuqua School of Business and led the school’s global expansion efforts in Latin America. She engaged C-suite and talent development executives at some of the world’s leading companies and creatively and collaboratively turned those relationships into tangible employment, academic, revenue, research and branding outcomes for the school. Prior to her time at Duke, Cheri worked in marketing and advertising.
Cheri received her BA in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Stetson University in Florida.
